Fredrik Näslund leads Teligent Telecom AB with more than three decades of international experience in telecommunications, technology, and executive management. Having held senior positions with Ericsson in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Sweden before taking the helm at Teligent, he combines deep technical insight with strategic leadership and strong commercial acumen.

Since 2008, Fredrik has guided Teligent through significant growth and transformation, securing major contracts across the Nordics, other European markets, and North Africa. He works directly with Teligent’s sister companies in the United States and in close collaboration with the corporate parent across the rest of the world. As Chairman of the Board, he is responsible for Teligent’s entities in Sweden, UK and Morocco, ensuring strong governance and operational excellence throughout the group.

Educated as a Master of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering from Linköping Institute of Technology, Fredrik’s leadership philosophy is rooted in empowerment, trust, and cross-cultural understanding—qualities developed over a career that spans more than 40 countries. His drive to connect people and organizations through smart telecom solutions continues to define Teligent’s mission in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

He is driving the company’s partnerships, market expansion, and new revenue opportunities. With a strong background in telecom and digital innovation, he oversees strategic initiatives that strengthen our market position and deliver long-term value to our clients and stakeholders.
