Converged Service Broker

The Converged Service Broker (CSB) fully addresses the issue of service interwoking when several value-added services are to be invoked in the context of a same call or event. It provides an intuitive and comprehensive user interface making service mediation easily manageable, even in multi-vendor and multi-protocol environments.

Protocol and Network Agnostic
The CSB provides the mediation function for IN based SCPs as well as SIP based Application Servers (AS) and Charging Platforms, regardless of the access network being TDM or NGN/IMS. Packaged to suit your needs
The CSB is packaged to provide some or all of the following functions:

• IM-SSF - IP Multimedia Service Switching Function to trigger SCP-hosted IN services from IMS/NGN networks.
• Reverse IM-SSF - IP Multimedia Service Switching Function to trigger Application Servers based services from legacy TDM Networks.
• SIM - Service Interaction Manager that coordinates and combines services independently, regardless of the Network and protocol.

Intuitive GUI-based configuration
The configuration and management of complex service mediation is greatly facilitated by an intuitive and comprehensive graphical user interface.

Customisation through graphical Service Creation Environment
In addition to configurable service brokering functions, the operators may face more specific issues, requiring a more advanced level of customisation. Teligent Telecom offers service creation via its own graphical Service Creation Environment (SCE), the ApplicationBuilder.
